Frequently Asked Questions
Each retainer package includes a fixed monthly scope of content, videos, and creative deliverables. Every month, we plan, produce, and deliver your content, followed by a review meeting to align on performance and the next month’s priorities.
Retainers run on a minimum contract term agreed at sign-up. At the start of the contract, the first payment covers 1+1 month (two months upfront), which is reconciled against your usage at the end of the contract term.
You can carry forward up to 1 of each item to the next month — for example, 1 photo and 1 video.
Any remaining unused credits at the end of the contract term are forfeited, unless you choose to extend your contract, in which case the remaining credits stay valid and roll into the new term.
Yes. You can review and adjust your package at each contract renewal, or speak to your account manager if your needs change mid-term.
Our AI-generated visuals are produced and refined by our in-house creative team, not just raw AI output. Every AI photo and video asset is art-directed, brand-matched, and quality-checked before delivery, so it looks consistent with your brand identity.
Both. We combine traditional photography, videography, and drone production with AI-generated visuals, so you get the right mix of authentic and AI-enhanced content depending on the deliverable.
